To help us resolve your message quickly, please include:
- Product issues — the link or file ID involved, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Abuse reports — the offending link, the type of content, and why it violates our Terms of Service.
- Privacy requests — your account email and the specific data you are asking about; see the Privacy Policy for your rights.
- Billing and payments — the payment email and provider used, if relevant.
- Feedback and feature ideas — one paragraph about the problem you are trying to solve.
All messages are read by the team. Please do not include passwords or full credit card numbers in email — we will never ask for them.
