To help us resolve your message quickly, please include:

• Product issues — the link or file ID involved, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• Abuse reports — the offending link, the type of content, and why it violates our Terms of Service.
• Privacy requests — your account email and the specific data you are asking about; see the Privacy Policy for your rights.
• Billing and payments — the payment email and provider used, if relevant.
• Feedback and feature ideas — one paragraph about the problem you are trying to solve.

All messages are read by the team. Please do not include passwords or full credit card numbers in email — we will never ask for them.

PayPal payments and receipts

MiniThinking collects PayPal payments for AnyToURL. PayPal transaction or subscription details may show MiniThinking or TEAM@MINITHINKING.COM. Check the product, plan, date, and amount against Billing and Payment history. If you do not recognize a charge, contact our support team using the email above with the payment date and amount.

PayPal sends its own payment receipt. We do not send an additional payment-success email. You can manage an active subscription from Billing.
